Brett Bukowski

Esquire

Brett J. Bukowski is the founding member of Bukowski & Moore PLLC. He has a deep passion for criminal law and family law matters. Brett graduated with honors from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and continued his education at Belmont University College of Law.

With vast experience in hundreds of cases from misdemeanors to felonies, Brett has handled dozens of assault-type cases with great success. He fights hard for his clients and finds the most amicable outcome he can. He is not afraid to go toe to toe with district attorneys for the rights of his clients. He is currently handling multiple high-level felony cases out of Davidson, Wilson, Rutherford, and Sumner counties. His knowledge and experience create a powerful legal weapon for any client who is in need. His experience has led to a productive and sincere competency with assault-type offenses. His fierce desire to help the most vulnerable, coupled with a wide array of legal knowledge, makes him a strong partner in any legal endeavor.

Christian Moore

Esquire

Christian T. Moore is a partner of Bukowski & Moore PLLC. He is a lawyer from Fairmont, West Virginia. Christian attended West Virginia University, graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in History and a minor in Philosophy.

His passion for history sparked a curiosity for the American legal field which led to moving to Tennessee to study law at Belmont University College of Law. Christian has helped hundreds of clients with criminal charges ranging from misdemeanors to high class felonies. Christian vigorously believes that everyone has the right to a great defense, from minor driving offenses to the highest felonies. Christian treats each case with the highest level of professionalism and attention and believes that the right defense to ensure an individual’s rights and liberty. Christian has developed an in-depth research analysis to defend his clients to the fullest extent of the law.
